We try to get every fact right. When we don’t, we fix it quickly and openly.

Reporting an error

Email [email protected] with the article link, the error, and a source if you have one. A human editor reviews every request, normally within 24 hours.

How we correct

• Factual errors (wrong name, team, status, date or number) are fixed in the article, with a visible “Update” note at the top saying what changed and when.
• Developing stories (for example, a player’s status changes from questionable to out) are updated with a dated note. The original publish date stays visible.
• Minor fixes such as typos that don’t change meaning may be corrected without a note.
• If a story turns out to be fundamentally wrong, we say so in the article instead of quietly deleting it.

We never change a story to hide a mistake.
